Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through our online store www.beautyjar.com.mt

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship to Malta and Gozo.

  • Standard Delivery (Malta): 5euro – Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days
  • Standard Delivery (Gozo): 7euro – Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days
  • Free delivery for orders over 40euro

For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).


4. Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

 

  1. Check your tracking information (if provided).
  2. Contact us at sales@beautyjar.com.mt with your order number so we can assist.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

 

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@beautyjar.com.mt with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
