This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store www.beautyjar.com.mt

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to:


  • Beauty, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition you received it

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at sales@beautyjar.com.mt within 14 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for return (optional)
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and checking their condition.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
